(4) The use of zirconium ceramic fiber module ensures the normal operation of the ladle cover automation system, which can keep the ladle cover on the ladle during almost the entire ladle service life cycle. The benefits include:
① Reduce the cooling speed of the ladle lining water and the cooling speed of the empty ladle, speed up the turnover of the ladle, and increase the product output.
② Reduce the temperature fluctuation of ladle, tundish and mold, and the alloy yield is more stable. Reduce the generation of scrap steel in the ladle, and improve product quality.
③ Reduce energy consumption and improve the working environment of workshop operators.
