CCEWOOL® Ceramic Fiber Module is a pre-compressed high-temperature insulation module made from refractory ceramic fiber blanket and equipped with an anchoring system for direct furnace shell installation. It provides excellent thermal insulation, strong structural stability, tight joint sealing, and efficient installation for industrial furnace lining systems.

Ceramic Fiber Module

CCEWOOL® Ceramic Fiber Module is made from high-quality spun ceramic fiber blanket that is pre-compressed, folded, and fitted with an anchoring system for direct installation on furnace shells.

After installation, the compressed fibers recover to form tight joints between modules, helping compensate for thermal shrinkage and improve sealing, structural stability, and long-term lining performance.

Module size, thickness, density, folding pattern, and anchoring system can be customized according to furnace designs and engineering drawings.

With good thermal insulation, structural integrity, and installation efficiency, CCEWOOL® Ceramic Fiber Module is widely used in lightweight and energy-efficient industrial furnace lining systems.
