CCEWOOL® Polycrystalline Wool

CCEWOOL® Polycrystalline Wool

CCEWOOL® Polycrystalline Wool is manufactured from high-purity alumina and silica through an advanced sol-gel process, forming a stable polycrystalline fiber structure with excellent high-temperature performance. The fibers feature extremely low shot content, low thermal conductivity, low heat storage, excellent thermal shock resistance, and very low shrinkage at elevated temperatures. CCEWOOL® Polycrystalline Wool is used to manufacture a complete range of high-temperature insulation products, including blankets, boards, papers, bulk fibers, modules, and vacuum formed shapes. With excellent dimensional stability, chemical stability, and Fabrication adaptability, these products are widely used in laboratory furnaces, sintering furnaces, vacuum furnaces, ceramic and glass kilns, heat-treatment equipment, and other demanding ultra-high-temperature applications. Classification temperatures are available from 1500°C to 1900°C, depending on product type and application requirements.
