Advantages of high temp ceramic fiber module lining 2

High temp ceramic fiber module, as a light and efficient thermal insulation lining, has the following technical performance advantages compared with traditional refractory lining:

(3) Low thermal conductivity. Thermal conductivity of ceramic fiber module is less than 0.11W/(m · K) at an average temperature of 400 ℃, less than 0.22W/(m · K) at an average temperature of 600 ℃, and less than 0.28W/(m · K) at an average temperature of 1000 ℃. It is about 1/8 of the light clay brick and 1/10 of the light heat-resistant lining (castable). Its thermal insulation performance is remarkable.
(4) Good thermal shock resistance and mechanical vibration resistance. Ceramic fiber module has flexibility, and has particularly excellent resistance to severe temperature fluctuations and mechanical vibration.
(5) Convenient for installation. Its special anchoring method solves the problem of slow installation speed of traditional modules. Folding modules will extrude each other in different directions after being untied to form a seamless whole. The furnace lining can be used directly after installation without drying and maintenance.
