On the basis of fully understanding the shape and structure of the ladle cover, its use process and working condition, and the characteristics and performance of the ceramic fiber products, the lining structure of the ladle cover is determined as the composite structure of standard fiber blanket and 1430HZ refractory ceramic fiber module. Among them, the material and thermal insulation thickness of the hot-face stacked blocks should be determined according to the operating temperature of the ladle cover, the atmosphere of the environment and the requirements of the process operation; the back lining materials are mostly low-grade standard ceramic aluminum silicate fiber blankets. The 1430HZ refractory ceramic fiber module anchors are mostly angle iron structure.

Characteristics of 1430HZ refractory ceramic fiber module for ladle cover
(1)Excellent thermal insulation performance, no thermal expansion stress, good thermal shock resistance and mechanical vibration resistance.
(2) Light weight, average density is only 180~220kg/m3, it is used to replace the traditional heavy refractory material, which can effectively strengthen the thermal insulation structure of the ladle cover, effectively reduce the load-bearing of the transmission structure of the ladle cover.
(3) The overall structure of the ladle cover lining is uniform, the surface is flat and compact; the construction is convenient and easy to overhaul.
