It offers low thermal conductivity, low heat capacity, thermal shock resistance, and good chemical stability. It is suitable for high-temperature insulation, filling, vacuum forming, and other fabrication applications.

CCEWOOL® Ceramic Bulk Fiber is made from high-purity alumina and silica through high-temperature melting, followed by blowing or spinning. It is lightweight, with low thermal conductivity, low heat storage, excellent thermal shock resistance, and good chemical stability.

As a fully inorganic fiber, it does not carbonize or smoke during heating and is suitable for high-temperature insulation, filling, and complex structures.

Its stable fiber structure and good processing adaptability also make it ideal for Fabrication, including spray-applied insulation, vacuum-formed components, custom shapes, and other high-temperature insulation products.
