High temp ceramic fiber module layered fiber structure is one of the earliest applied installation methods of refractory fiber. Due to the factors such as the thermal bridge caused by fixing parts and the service life of the fixed parts, it is currently used for the lining construction of the furnace lining and exhaust flue of the low temperature trolley furnace.
Installation steps of high temp ceramic fiber module layered fiber structure:
1) Mark and weld the fixing bolts on the steel plate of the steel structure.
2) The fiber blanket or fiber felt shall be staggered on the steel plate and compacted, and the fiber shall be compressed to the thickness required by the design.
3) Tighten the upper clamp of the bolt to fix the high temp ceramic fiber module firmly.
