 Project Overview

Recently, CCEWOOL® successfully shipped 1 × 40HC container of calcium silicate board to a UK customer with whom we have cooperated for 9 years. The product specification for this shipment is 1000 × 500 × 75 mm, with a density of 280 kg/m³, packed in carton boxes with pallets.

For this customer, the value of these calcium silicate boards is not limited to conventional insulation use. More importantly, they are expected to support subsequent cutting, size adjustment, and structural fitting in project applications. The long-term and stable cooperation between both sides has also been built on the proven performance of the product in secondary processing adaptability and stable delivery execution.

This batch of CCEWOOL® calcium silicate board is packed in carton boxes + pallets, which helps protect the products during sea transport and also makes unloading, forklift transfer, and on-site handling more convenient for the customer. Each pallet is labeled with clear product specifications, batch number, and asbestos-free identification, making it easier for the customer to complete inspection, verification, and warehousing after arrival.

At the same time, the related fiber products are also packed and labeled under a unified standard system, enabling the customer to sort them more efficiently after delivery and distribute them to different construction areas. This standardized execution not only improves on-site management efficiency, but also enhances the convenience of coordinated project use.
