CCEWOOL® Intumescent Ceramic Fiber Paper is a flexible high-temperature insulation and sealing material made from high-purity ceramic fiber and natural graphite. At approximately 1200°F (649°C), it expands up to about four times its original thickness, helping fill gaps and improve sealing performance. It is easy to cut, punch, and fabricate into customized gaskets, seals, and insulation components for high-temperature equipment and sealing systems.

Intumescent Ceramic Fiber Paper

CCEWOOL® Intumescent Ceramic Fiber Paper combines high-temperature insulation with active sealing performance. Made from high-purity ceramic fiber and natural graphite, it provides a uniform structure and consistent performance.

At approximately 1200°F (649°C), the paper expands up to about four times its original thickness, helping fill installation gaps and improve high-temperature sealing reliability.

The paper also offers good flexibility, thermal insulation, and mechanical integrity. It is easy to cut, punch, and fabricate into customized gaskets, seals, and insulation components.

CCEWOOL® also provides Fabrication customization in different sizes, thicknesses, and shapes according to customer drawings and application requirements.
