CCEWOOL® Stone Wool Blanket is primarily manufactured from natural mineral raw materials such as basalt and diabase. The raw materials are melted at high temperature and processed through centrifugal fiberization, fiber collection, and forming to produce a flexible insulation blanket.
The fine inorganic fiber structure helps limit heat transfer while forming a flexible insulation layer with controlled thickness and density.

550°C Stone Wool Blanket is better suited to medium-temperature applications such as general industrial equipment, storage tanks, ducts, and process piping, where the main objectives are to reduce heat loss and control equipment surface temperature.
750°C Stone Wool Blanket is more suitable for higher-temperature applications, including boiler exteriors, high-temperature piping, furnace exteriors, hot-air ducts, flues, and the external insulation of heat-treatment equipment.
