Installation of the zirconium ceramic fiber insulation module for the ladle cover: Derust the ladle - Weld the bolt of zirconium ceramic fiber insulation module to the steel plate - Lay two layers of 75mm thick zirconium ceramic fiber blanket - Take out the module - Screw the module guide rod to the small end of the screw - Put the module through the guide rod along the central hole against the steel plate - Use a special wrench to screw the nut onto the bolt - Unscrew the guide rod - Install other modules in sequence - Pull out the central plastic tube of the module - Disassemble the module straps - Compress and install the compensation blanket - Install the next row of modules
After all the ceramic fiber insulation modules are installed, dig the ventilation holes according to the drawings, and then spray a layer of high temperature curing agent.
Precautions for the use of the ladle cover:
Because the ceramic fiber insulation module is a lightweight thermal insulation material, be careful not to collide during the lifting and transportation of the ladle cover. In addition, the edge of the ladle should be kept clean to avoid large pieces of steel slag from scratching the ceramic fiber.
