Refractory fibers for hot blast stove

This issue we will continue to introduce characteristics of refractory fibers.


1. High temperature resistance
2. Low thermal conductivity, low density.
The thermal conductivity under high temperature is very low. At 100 °C, the thermal conductivity of refractory fibers is only 1/10~1/5 of that of refractory bricks, and 1/20~1/10 of that of ordinary clay bricks. Due to its low density, the weight and construction thickness of the kiln can be greatly reduced.
3. Good chemical stability
Except for strong alkali, fluorine and phosphate, most chemical substances can not corrode it.
4. Good thermal shock resistance
The thermal shock resistance of refractory fibers is much better than that of refractory bricks.
5.Low heat capacity
Save fuel, maintain furnace temperature, and can accelerate furnace heating up rate.
6. Easy to be processed and easy for construction
Using refractory fiber products to build a furnace has good effect. It is convenient for construction and can reduce labor.
