Production process of lightweight insulation fire brick

Lightweight insulation fire brick is widely used in the insulation system of kilns. The application of lightweight insulation fire brick has achieved certain energy-saving and environmental protection effects in the high-temperature industry.

Lightweight insulation fire brick is a insulation material with low bulk density, high porosity, and low thermal conductivity. Its characteristics of low density and low thermal conductivity make it irreplaceable in industrial kilns.
Production process of lightweight insulation fire brick
1. Weigh the raw materials according to the required ratio, grind each material into powder form. Add water to silica sand to make slurry and preheat it at a temperature of 45-50 ℃;
2. Add the remaining raw materials to the slurry and stir. After complete mixing, pour the mixed slurry into the mold and heat it to 65-70 ° C for foaming. The foaming amount is greater than 40% of the total amount. After foaming, keep it at 40 ° C for 2 hours.
3. After standing still, enter the steaming room for steaming, with a steaming pressure of 1.2MPa, a steaming temperature of 190 ℃, and a steaming time of 9 hours;
4. High temperature sintering, temperature 800 ℃.
