Introduction of high aluminum lightweight insulation brick

High aluminum lightweight insulation brick are heat-insulating refractory products made of bauxite as the main raw material with Al2O3 content not less than 48%. Its production process is foam method, and can also be burn-out addition method. High aluminum lightweight insulation brick can be used for masonry insulation layers and parts without strong erosion and erosion of high-temperature molten materials. When directly in contact with flames, generally the surface temperature of high aluminum lightweight insulation brick shall not be higher than 1350 °C.

Characteristics of high aluminum lightweight insulation brick
It has characteristics of high temperature resistance, high strength, low bulk density, high porosity, low thermal conductivity, high temperature resistance, and good heat insulation performance. It can reduce the size and weight of thermal equipment, shorten heating time, ensure uniform furnace temperature, and reduce heat loss. It can save energy, save furnace building material and prolong furnace service life.
Due to its high porosity, low bulk density and good thermal insulation performance, high aluminum lightweight insulation bricks are widely used as thermal insulation filling materials in the space between refractory bricks and furnace bodies inside various industrial kilns to reduce heat dissipation of furnace and obtain high energy efficiency. The melting point of anorthite is 1550°C. It has the characteristics of low density, small thermal expansion coefficient, low thermal conductivity, and stable existence in reducing atmospheres. It can partially replace clay, silicon, and high aluminum refractory materials, and realize energy saving and emission reduction.
