Common antifreezing and thermal insulation measures for industrial furnace refractory construction in winter 2

This issue we continue to introduce common antifreezing and thermal insulation measures for industrial furnace refractory construction in winter.

insulation

The reduction of heat loss is mainly achieved by covering thermal insulation materials, and the selection of thermal insulation materials is mainly light and thin fiber felt and fiber blanket. The construction method is to cut the fiber blanket into a specific size as required, and paste it with refractory mortar between the blanket and the furnace body, or fix it with anchor hook. Take heating furnace as an example, the furnace body is equipped with various refractory materials in design. The purpose is to make it have the function of heat insulation and heat preservation, without additional heat preservation materials.
When construction of heating furnace is in winter, heat source is used to continuously heat the heating furnace, and the furnace body (furnace top, furnace wall, etc.) continuously dissipates heat to the outside. When this process is in a stable state, the temperature of the furnace body is always greater than 0 ℃, the heat preservation of the furnace body is achieved, and the antifreeze is achieved.
