(3)Mechanical load . The hot blast stove is a relatively tall construction, and its height is generally between 35-50m. The maximum static load on the lower part of the checker brick in the regenerator is 0.8 MPa, and the static load on the lower part of the combustion chamber is also relatively high. Under the action of mechanical load and high temperature, the brick may shrink and deform and crack, which will affect the service life of ceramic fiber insulation board of hot blast stove lining.
(4) Pressure effect. The hot blast stove burns and blows air periodically, and it is in a low-pressure state during the combustion period, and is in a high-pressure state during the air supply period. In the traditional large wall and vault structure hot blast stove, there is a large space between the vault and the furnace shell, and a certain space is left after the packing layer set by the large wall and the furnace shell shrinks and is naturally compacted under long-term high temperature. Due to the existence of these spaces, under the pressure of high-pressure gas, the furnace body bears a large outward thrust, which is easy to cause the masonry to tilt, crack and loosen, and the pressure of space outside the masonry is periodically charged and relieved through the brick joint, which in turn aggravates the damage to the masonry. The inclination and looseness of the masonry will naturally lead to the deformation and damage of the ceramic fiber insulation board of furnace lining, thus causing the complete damage of the furnace lining.
