     There are many kinds of thermal insulation materials used in the construction of industrial high-temperature equipment and pipeline thermal insulation projects, and the construction methods vary with the materials. If you don't pay enough attention to details during construction, you will not only waste materials, but also cause refurbishment, and even cause certain damage to equipment and pipes. ① Clean the old insulation material and debris on the surface of the pipeline
② Cut the ceramic fiber blanket according to the diameter of the pipe (do not tear it by hand, use a ruler and a knife)
③ Wrap the blanket around the pipe, close to the pipe wall, pay attention to the seam ≤5mm, keep it flat
④ Bundling galvanized iron wires (bundling spacing ≤ 200mm), the iron wire shall not be continuously wound in a spiral shape, the screwed joints should not be too long, and the screwed joints should be inserted into the blanket.
⑤ In order to achieve the required insulation thickness and use multi-layer of ceramic fiber blanket, it is necessary to stagger the blanket joints and fill the joints to ensure smoothness.
The metal protective layer can be selected according to the actual situation, generally using glass fiber cloth, glass fiber reinforced plastic, galvanized iron sheet, linoleum, aluminum sheet, etc. The refractory ceramic fiber blanket should be wrapped firmly, without voids and leaks.
During construction, the refractory ceramic fiber blanket should not be stepped on and should be avoided from rain and water.
