Designed for temperatures up to 1700°C (3092°F), it provides low shrinkage, dimensional stability, structural strength, and resistance to high-velocity gas erosion. Its dense structure supports precision machining into custom hot-face components, burner blocks, fire barriers, and other functional parts.

CCEWOOL® 1700°C Polycrystalline Wool Board for Fabrication is made from high-purity polycrystalline wool through wet vacuum forming and high-temperature stabilization. It is designed for ultra-high-temperature hot-face and high-velocity gas applications.

At temperatures up to 1700°C (3092°F), the board provides low shrinkage, dimensional stability, structural strength, and resistance to high-velocity gas erosion.

Its dense, uniform structure supports precision cutting, drilling, and machining into shaped insulation parts, burner blocks, fire barriers, and other functional components.

Custom thicknesses, dimensions, and complex shapes are available for industrial furnaces, combustion systems, and other demanding high-temperature equipment.
