CCEWOOL® Polycrystalline Wool Board is a rigid insulation board made from high-purity polycrystalline wool through wet vacuum forming. Designed for applications around 1350–1600°C, it offers low shrinkage, dimensional stability, structural strength, and low thermal conductivity. Its consistent structure and good machinability also support Fabrication into custom high-temperature components.

Polycrystalline Wool Board

CCEWOOL® Polycrystalline Wool Board is manufactured from high-purity polycrystalline wool through wet vacuum forming. It is designed for ultra-high-temperature applications beyond the practical limits of conventional ceramic fiber board.

Within the 1350–1600°C range, the board provides low linear shrinkage, dimensional stability, and mechanical strength, helping reduce lining deformation and maintenance.

Its high rigidity, fracture resistance, low thermal conductivity, and low heat storage support reliable insulation under mechanical impact and thermal shock.

The board also offers consistent dimensions and good machinability for Fabrication into custom shapes, composite insulation structures, and high-temperature components.
