CCEWOOL® 1800°C Polycrystalline Wool Board for Fabrication is made from high-purity polycrystalline wool through wet vacuum forming and high-temperature sintering stabilization. It is designed for extreme-temperature furnace lining systems.

At temperatures up to 1800°C (3272°F), the board provides structural stability, low shrinkage, thermal shock resistance, and resistance to high-velocity gas erosion.

Its dense, uniform structure supports cutting, drilling, and precision machining into furnace door panels, fire barriers, and other structural insulation components.

Custom thicknesses, dimensions, and complex shapes are available according to furnace designs or customer drawings.
