With thicknesses from 3–25 mm, it offers high-temperature stability, close conformability, and precise assembly for space-constrained systems.It is suitable for battery module insulation, thermal-runaway barriers, precision heat shields, electric vehicles, and customized high-temperature applications.

CCEWOOL® Polycrystalline Wool Blanket (PCW Blanket) is designed for extreme-temperature applications at 1350–1500°C (2462–2732°F). Its sol-gel and double-sided needle-punching processes create a uniform fiber structure with good strength and flexibility.

Its mullite crystalline structure provides excellent dimensional stability, resilience, thermal-shock resistance, and chemical resistance in demanding furnace environments.

Extremely low shot content and uniform fibers help maintain low, stable thermal conductivity, reducing furnace heat loss and improving insulation efficiency.

Its consistent fiber quality and flexibility support Fabrication into shaped components, modules, composite insulation structures, and customized high-temperature parts.
