CCEWOOL® Polycrystalline Wool Module is designed for full-fiber furnace linings operating at approximately 1300–1500°C (2372–2732°F). Made from high-quality PCW Blanket, it offers low thermal conductivity, low shot content, chemical resistance, and reliable dimensional stability. Composite PCW Blanket + RCF Blanket 2600 configurations and multiple anchoring systems are available to balance performance, installation requirements, and cost.

Polycrystalline Wool Module

CCEWOOL® Polycrystalline Wool Module is made from our high-quality PCW Blanket and designed for full-fiber furnace linings operating at approximately 1300–1500°C (2372–2732°F).

Its low shot content and uniform fiber structure provide low thermal conductivity, chemical resistance, and stable insulation performance in demanding furnace atmospheres.

Composite modules combining PCW Blanket with CCEWOOL® RCF Blanket 2600 are also available to balance high-temperature performance and cost.

Multiple anchoring systems support different furnace structures while enabling efficient installation, convenient maintenance, and reliable long-term operation.
