Bio Soluble Fiber Board

CCEWOOL® Bio Soluble Fiber Board is made from high-purity bio-soluble fiber bulk with selected binders through vacuum forming. It features a uniform structure, stable density, and reliable high-temperature insulation performance.

The AES fibers are low-biopersistence fibers with increased solubility in physiological fluids. They have undergone relevant biosolubility testing for applications with higher safety and environmental requirements.

Designed for customized Fabrication, the board can be produced in different sizes, thicknesses, holes, grooves, and complex shapes for custom insulation panels and shaped components.

It offers good thermal shock resistance and maintains structural integrity under repeated heating and cooling, gas flow, and mechanical vibration. Its properties can recover after thorough drying if exposed to water, steam, or oil.

CCEWOOL® Bio Soluble Fiber Board is widely used in furnaces, ovens, boilers, hot-air ducts, chimneys, and refractory backup insulation systems.
