Bio Soluble Fiber Module

CCEWOOL® Bio Soluble Fiber Module is made from AES bio-soluble fiber blanket through precision compression forming. It offers low thermal conductivity, low heat storage, and stable performance up to 1300°C (2372°F).

Its compressed fiber structure allows adjacent modules to fit tightly during installation, helping reduce gaps, thermal bridges, and heat loss under thermal cycling conditions.

Available in multiple module designs and anchoring systems, it is widely used in furnaces, boilers, kilns, and other high-temperature equipment for hot-face and backup insulation.

Its monolithic structure and strong installation compatibility make it suitable for integrated.
