Available in 1500–1800°C grades with continuous use temperatures up to approximately 1700°C, they provide low shrinkage, low thermal conductivity, dimensional stability, and reliable structural integrity. Complex shapes can be manufactured according to customer drawings, samples, or equipment structures.

CCEWOOL® Vacuum-Formed Polycrystalline Wool Shapes are engineering-grade, customized insulation components for ultra-high-temperature equipment.

Available in 1500–1800°C grades, they provide low shrinkage, dimensional stability, and structural integrity at continuous use temperatures up to approximately 1700°C.

Developed specifically for Fabrication, complex components can be manufactured according to customer drawings, samples, or equipment structures.

Their thermal stability and low thermal conductivity make them suitable for laboratory furnaces, sintering furnaces, vacuum furnaces, ceramic kilns, glass furnaces, and other ultra-high-temperature equipment.
