CCEWOOL® Ceramic Fiber Bulk for Vacuum Formed Shapes features fine, uniformly distributed 2–4 μm fibers with no lubricant added, making it a high-purity raw material ideal for ceramic fiber vacuum formed shapes and other Fabrication-processed high-temperature insulation components.

CCEWOOL® Ceramic Fiber Bulk for Vacuum Formed Shapes

CCEWOOL® Ceramic Fiber Bulk for Vacuum Formed Shapes is manufactured using an advanced production process. Selected high-purity raw materials are fully melted in an industrial electric furnace to form a homogeneous melt, which is then fiberized by a compressed-air blowing process. During this process, the melt is rapidly attenuated and solidified into fine, elongated fibers, and then collected through a fiber collection system to produce high-quality blown ceramic fiber bulk.

The fiber diameter of this product is as fine as 2–4 μm, with uniform fiber distribution. No lubricating oil is added during production, resulting in high purity and excellent forming suitability. It is especially suitable for the manufacture of various ceramic fiber vacuum formed shapes.

At the same time, thanks to its stable fiber structure and excellent consistency, CCEWOOL® Ceramic Fiber Bulk for Vacuum Formed Shapes is also an ideal base material for Fabrication processing. It can be used in the production of vacuum formed components, custom-shaped parts, and other monolithic high-temperature insulation components, better meeting the raw material requirements of complex structural design and precision post-processing.
