CCEWOOL® Ceramic Fiber Bulk for Vacuum Formed Shapes is produced from selected high-purity raw materials using an electric furnace melting and compressed-air blowing process, creating fine and uniform ceramic fibers.

With a fiber diameter of 2–4 μm and no lubricating oil added, the product offers high purity and excellent forming performance. It is especially suitable for manufacturing ceramic fiber vacuum formed shapes.

Its stable fiber structure also makes it suitable for Fabrication processing, including vacuum formed components, custom-shaped parts, and other high-temperature insulation products.
